They do not cover the separate service agreement signed by active clients — that agreement governs the actual delivery of automation systems and takes precedence for engaged clients.
Use of the site
The Site is provided to share information about Riverbear Studio and to let prospective clients book a discovery call. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to access it by unauthorized means, or use it in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
No guarantee from site content alone
Descriptions of results, timelines, and the "15+ hours a week" guarantee on this Site are marketing summaries. The specific, binding terms of any guarantee are defined in the signed service agreement for a given engagement, not by this page alone.
Intellectual property
All content on this Site — copy, design, and branding — is the property of Riverbear Studio unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission.
Third-party links
- Booking is handled through Cal.com, subject to Cal.com's own terms.
- This Site is hosted on Vercel infrastructure.
Limitation of liability
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Riverbear Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
